Terms of Use
These terms apply when you create an account or use Math for Economists Mastery Lab.
Educational purpose and eligibility
The service is an independent study aid intended for users age 13 or older. It supplements—but does not replace—official course materials, instructor guidance, or your responsibility to follow academic-integrity rules.
It is not an official ALEKS, University of Missouri, course-instructor, textbook-author, or textbook-publisher product. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not share reset links, OAuth codes, or passwords. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Automate account creation, email requests, scraping, or abusive traffic.
- Misrepresent the tool as an official course or university product.
- Use practice content to violate course or institutional integrity rules.
Content and availability
Original practice content is provided for personal, noncommercial study. Third-party names, books, and services remain the property of their respective owners. We work to make explanations accurate, but errors may occur and the service may change or be unavailable. Verify high-stakes coursework decisions against official materials.
Suspension, deletion, and liability
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, or maintain the service. You may request account deletion. To the extent permitted by law, this free educational service is provided without warranties and its operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use.
